Luštica Bay: A new face of the Adriatic Coast

The Armont facade metalwork by the highest standards of the Chedi condo-hotel.

Within an exclusive tourist resort at the Adriatic Sea, the Luštica Bay, the central place is taken by the Chedi – a five-star condo hotel. The investor, the Egyptian company Orescom, entrusted Armont SP with the works on the construction of the facade metalwork.

Armont SP conducted the design, production, and installation of the Reynaers system, according to the highest standards of construction.

Unique in many ways, the Luštica Bay is one of the largest projects in the South-East Europe. In its first phase, the opening of the attractive Marina resort is planned. Its capacity is 220 housing units, dominated precisely by the Chedi Hotel. It is planned for Luštica Bay to open its door on 16th July 2018, and the interest in this destination can be best depicted by the fact that over 10% of its available accommodation capacity have already been reserved. This residential tourist destination is planned to stretch on the total of 240 thousand square meters and, at the same time, it is the only greenfield project in Montenegro. Together with its partners, Armont SP is again raising the standards of the construction quality.
